POSTAGE & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Singapore and are processed within1-3 business days. All prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST.

SINGAPORE
Coast to Coast provides free delivery within Singapore for orders of $100 or more. For orders less than $100, a shipping and handling fee of $10 applies.
All orders are delivered using Singapore Post Express Delivery so that we can track all orders with a serial number. Please allow up to 7 business days from the time you submit your order for delivery. Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email. We are unable to accept liability for loss of orders once we have passed them on to Singapore Post. Packages that are returned to us and marked as return to Sender?or invalid Address?will be credited back to your credit card, less the shipping and handling fee.

INTERNATIONAL
We currently ship orders within Singapore only, however we are working to provide our international customers with the ability to place orders soon.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

RETURNS If your order contains faulty products or breakages, we will gladly arrange a replacement within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer service at info@coasttocoast.com.sg, quoting your order number.
